WPM Real Estate Management Assumes Management of Vivo Living Baltimore
WPM Real Estate Management has assumed management of Vivo Living Baltimore, a 550-unit apartment community created through the conversion of a former downtown Baltimore hotel. The transition became effective December 15, 2025.
Located in the heart of downtown, Vivo Living Baltimore is a large-scale adaptive reuse project transforming a former hotel into a modern residential community. The approved plan includes 550 apartment homes across two towers, reimagining more than 800 former hotel rooms into studio, one-, and select two-bedroom apartments. The community offers sweeping city views, a central location, and a range of amenities designed to support urban living.
WPM has been engaged to support operational stabilization, leasing momentum, and coordination related to ongoing capital improvements associated with the conversion process. The property is currently in lease-up, and WPM will work closely with ownership and local partners to support the community’s long-term success.
“Adaptive reuse projects like Vivo Living Baltimore require focused operational leadership, coordination across multiple stakeholders, and a clear path forward,” said Melissa Gambuto, President of WPM Multifamily Real Estate Management. “Our team is committed to bringing structure, consistency, and responsive service to the community and its residents.”
Vivo Living Baltimore features a variety of lifestyle amenities, including a fitness center, spa areas, co-working space, an outdoor lounge and BBQ area, rooftop deck and other shared spaces designed to create an energetic, connected residential experience. Its downtown location places residents close to Baltimore’s employment centers, dining, entertainment, and cultural destinations.
With decades of experience managing complex multifamily communities and properties, WPM brings a disciplined, hands-on approach to property operations and the resident experience. The firm manages more than 150 properties across Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Virginia, serving stabilized, repositioning, and new construction communities.
